Coaches have very high Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is the ability, capacity, skill to identify, assess, and manage the emotions of yourself and others.
Leaders in their own right, great coaches are inspiring and motivating. When you work with a great coach, you appreciate their point of view and do not want to disappoint them.
